PAYMENT INFORMATION

Every effort is made to ensure the client's complete satisfaction. Payment is based on the hourly rate of pay or the shift rate as agreed by Lescoulie and the responsible party. As the caregivers are independent contractors, the caregiver will present the responsible party a time slip. The time slip shows the days, hours and the rate of pay. The responsible party signs the time slip and makes the check payable to the caregiver. The caregiver will provide the responsible party with a copy of the completed time slip.
